Can someone please tell me what the Calvin sticker is about in GIS3?

Hi!

I’m from the Netherlands so I don’t speak Swedish, hope that’s not a problem

I want to create an accurate replica of the GIS3 NSX in Forza Horizon. I already made the rear sticker and the peeing Calvin sticker but I can’t tell what he’s peeing on. I always used to think they were making fun of the Swedish police but on closer inspection now it seems to be some kind of text. It says something like “TXM Racing” ??? Can someone tell me what it is and the little black thing below? I made a few screenshots which show it the best (there aren’t many good quality videos on YouTube). You may want to increase your screen brightness to see it better.
