Min Volvo 850R har alla system för fyrhjulsdrift från V70 R AWD, med M58h växellåda All drivetrain, rear suspension, fuel and exhaust systems are taken from the Volvo V70R AWD (1998). The engine did not change, stay on 850 (B5234T4, was in a much better condition than the donor's one. The recently passed a full range of works from an authorized dealer). They are identical in everything except the fuel rail. This, together with the fuel line from the V70. In fact, technically the car at the moment is a stock V70R.

I want to know your opinion about Shortshift Volvo 850, S70, V70....

This is a useful item? Does anyone have experience using it? Without it switches of gearbox really is too long, have a negative effect on the dynamics of the car ..

It's unsuccessful video
I am too quickly press and unpress the accelerator pedal.... and again press-unpress-press-unpress-press-unpress.... Because of this, such sound and the frequent claps you can hear on this video

Thank you! The plans for the next year to increase the capacity of ~ 400 hp....Now I'm thinking about replacing viscous coupling .... a weak spot in Volvo's first generation AWD system. How should I do, to find a more reliable model of viscous coupling (From Lamborghini Diablo for example) , or replace it with a different item, such as a Haldex, or differential, such as Torsen etc?
If we install haldex, AWD system ceases to be purely mechanical. This I would like to avoid. I'd like mechanical AWD, this is absolutely plus. All electronic elements here - undesirable for me.
The installing Torsen diff be likely needs seriously rebuild the all AWD system. I don't really understand how may install it to place of viscous coupling.
