This guy likes to stop on Rodeo Dr, sit in his car and blast the radio with the lambo doors up.. When people come by to see (laugh) at the car, he jumps out and pretends to talk on his cell phone.. His license plate frame reads " Doors up, Bitches in, titties out.. thats what Im all about!.."
