Hello, sorry for the English, I am from the UK. I have read the huge thread with the help of google translate. Amazing work that I truly hope gets finished soon. Truly inspirational.
I am attempting something similar here in the UK, but I am only aiming for around 150hp (My car has many mods including brakes like yours and also methanol water injection). We have just started on the new engine and I will probably use the same turbo as you.
Some thoughts on your problems, if I may:
Your ABS servo needs bleeding, this needs DAS, you can get these quite cheap from ebay via China, they also come up on ebay used.
To bleed the rear calipers disconnect handbrake cables remove them from the brackets rotate them, bleed then return to original position. (I use similar VW GT TDI calipers).
6 piston calipers are too much for the master cylinder, four is better (I use 4 piston with 304mm discs). What vehicle did your new master cylinder come from?
Your car will have big idle problems with this cam. You must turn the idle up as suggested by others (drill throttle butterfly). But even if you make your car idle with this cam you still probably will not achieve your desired RPM because you are using the original intake manifold, so it is best that for now you use a smaller cam.
Without pining the cylinders to the block inside the engine (block strengthening) your engine will probably fail if you attempt huge RPM. I will get a picture of what I am talking about if you like?
Please don't give up now!
Cheers from the UK!
