Which tyres should I purchase in slush condition?

Which tyres should I purchase in slush condition? Winter tyre (in Swedish: vinterdäck) or simple tyre (in Swedish: däck) will be fine? And from where can I get that tyres? Any advice as to brand would be really helpful.
