Ignition advance for DOCH

Hey guys, just want to say say sorry about the english first of all.

I'm wondering if anyone knows the best advance cuvres of I'm running a b230f with a 16v top. The thing is I'm running it naturally asperated with a MSD 6al 2 programmable igntion. I've heard a 16v should never have more than 16 degress of adavance BTDC. Is this true? Does anyone by chnage have the proper advance curves for a b234F, I'm assuming they would be somewhat simular. Any information in both swedish or english would be helpfull.
