Looking for Garage or Storage place!

Iam Looking for a Place for Tinkering near Ängelholm/Bostad/Helsingborg!  Preferably Ängelholm!
Something that has 3-Phase electric wall socket and has some sort of heating to it.
Everything between 50-100 m2 will do the trick.

menar nog 3fas, elektrisk port och has some sort of heating to it.

I Meant that the Place has installed 3 way or / 3-phase socket.

Outlaws: Any specific amperé ya need on 3-phase? Normal is 10-16 or 20 amps.
Tänk på 80-talet. Då körde hantverkarna Cheva Startcraft med V8-diesel. Det var tider det!

Hybridsmurfen- Tack så mycket

There are different kind of amps for this connections.
I let a Professional install a 30 amp at my house in my home Country i lived so it will be safe to use.
But i need a 3-phase 200～240 V for the work i will be doing. That been sad 16 amp should work just fine.

and yes, we have 3phase sockets here in sweden too... i even have one at home outside smile

Iam a Nooby here in Sweden when it means Searching the right places.
Have gone over Blockets ads and let dry for now.
Does anyone have Successions where to start the search or how to approach this one??
