Hello from Bulgaria (hjälp med däckstorlek på S40)

Greetings guys!  I am going to buy a new wheels for my S40 1998. 17 inch chrome to be exact. cool

Everything on my car is stock. Would you tell me wheels with what offset should i look into and recommend me tires please:

205/40 17
205/45 17
215/40 17

Welcome wink I fixed the topic and moved it to the right forum (utseende & styling) so its more clear what you want. 215/40 should be absolutely no problem at all, I dont know about the ET though.

215 are not too wide.. I think that should be perfect..

Ställ inte cykeln utanför stället, ställ den i stället istället.

You should consider for making an english menu. I was needed about 2-3 hours to register my account haha  big_smile

you can use 215/30-19 aswell - ET should be around 40

215/40/17 is not any problem.

many of the people in the swedish X40nordic club has 215 wide tires, and they say: no problem!!!

Regarding possibility of having english menues when needed to for foreign users.

I'm using 215/40-17, 205/45-17 works as well.  Offset should be around 43 I think.

I've got 215/40-17, and it works very good. ET on my rims are 35, but theres not much space in the back. But with another ET it should work exellent.

My car is 60mm lower in the front and 35mm lower in the back and it works fine.

I mean....the standart suspension isn't too weak? One guy told me that if i drive with 3 mans in the car and baggage, the wheels will touch the fender.
