sounds like racing parts! you should get at least 100 horser per litre! lika all good tuned N/A engines.

Wow It sounds awsome just looking at it! Im impressed that U don't chose turbo like everyone else, Like me =D Really cool and quite odd car overall . Like it!

Thanks ! in my opinion the AE86 should have a nice high revving (screeming) 4 cillinder with no turbo.. it's not always the huge amount of power that makes a car fun to drive. :)

I agree! But if you put some work to it, you could reach up to 200bhp iguess. And 200hp with carbs or injection is more fun than 200hp with turbo =P I have tried it =)

true that ! but i don't think i wil hit the 200hp mark with this engine (yet..) pushing the 1.6 over 180hp will cost a lot more money.. but maybe in the future.. who knows ;)

Tanks, i've tested the engine on a test stand, and i only went to 4K rpm with ~7% throttle, that already sounds like a honda V-Tec engine :)

This was the original 1600cc 4A-GE 16valve engine, but i've upgraded it with throtleboedies from a 4A-GE 20valve.. i also raised the compression and put other camshafts in it Original it produces about 125hk.. i'm aiming for around 165hk but it has not been on the dyno yet...
