I regret to say: This answer is completely confused and embarassing. "Mi" is "My" in Spanish; "Amore" is "Love" in Italian. That is all, which means that it is a mixing of Spanish and Italian, thus incorrect in any of those two languages. In Spanish the correct wording is "Mi amor"; in Italian, although Italians usually [often] omit some final letter in order to make an easy and "well-sounding" fusion, "Mio Amore" is the right form.

What does "Mi Amore" mean? It's actually Italian for "My Love." No, its not Italian. Mi Amore is Spanish for "My Love". Actually the first answer is right "Mi Amore" is Italian and "Mi Amor" is Spanish. Thats right, "Mi Amore" is italian and "Mi Amor" is Spanish, they both sound almost the same.
