Do we get ethanol in the oil when driving on E85. Probably, but not necessarily. Here is an experiment from my own car. The first test is with new oil which takes 10 sec to flow throught the orfice then used oil from my Pantera after 300 Swedish miles (1800 miles) 10 sec. Then I dilute the oil with 25% ethanol, and then it takes 3 seconds. We can conclude that the oil from Pantera did not contained ethanol in a dangerous quantity.
